Today was a very busy day! Mom and Dad picked me up and we bought some plants for the gardens. Well THEY bought me some plants. It was just ridiculous. They wouldn't take ANY money! We were outside for a while, and accomplished alot!

 We planted my urns.

 Planted some hanging baskets and hung them on the shed.

 Planted some herbs. I am going to jazz these pots up a little, and make tags for them!

 We made a little area to pot plants, and hung an old window on the side of the shed. I am thinking of adding some old barn board shelves, we will see though....

 I watered and weeded the whole garden (that we planted last weekend)

 And already have some radishes!

 I also weeded and added mulch to all the gardens. 

And added some annuals to the garden we made a few weeks ago. I am ready for my bed! Possibly because I look like a lobster. I am very burnt. And very mad at myself for letting it happen! I did have a big list of stuff to do outside tomorrow as well, but we will have to see if I can move by then. If I do, I will definitely cover up!!

Stain and Paint

This extra day off has been great! I have done so much today, I love days like this! This whole weekend has been really nice!

Saturday I went thrifting with T and K

We stayed close to home, got starbucks and had thai! mmmmm I ended up getting this:

A tray with handles and feet, candles, lace, a pitcher and awesome frame!

Today I have been painting and staining away!

Here is the before and after. I love it so much more now! I love dark wood!

I also tried staining this washboard, but it didn't work at all. I sanded it and everything, now it looks worse!

 remember I said I wanted to give this board some colour?! I went a little crazy with colour (for me anyway)

 I painted the round ones a dark grey. Glossy too! (not my usual choice)

 I completed everything on my list today, which NEVER happens! It was a great day off! (I almost don't want to go back to work tomorrow! hahahah)

My recent Finds

 I am so excited for the long weekend, you don't even know! I really need an extra day off. I think there are only 26 school days left and Ashley is off for the summer! I can't wait. I will be working part time, but only a few days a week which is perfect for me!

This weekend I am planning on finishing a few things I have wanted to finish forever! Hopefully I can finally do it!  I think with Monday off I will be able to!
