Hello strangers....

Hello strangers! How are you doing? I have been the worst blogger ever. I have two obsessions at the moment....TUMBLR and my WEDDING...that is all I do and think about now....nothing else seems to matter at the moment. Before I show you what I made I thought I should tell you I changed my tumblr name. I saw the post a few posts down and realized if you were to click that, it wouldn't work. Here is my 

new tumblr....I won't change it again, I promise.

My cousin/bridesmaid Tori came over for a craft night. We went for a jog first and came back and crafted...that is why we aren't in any of the pictures...we were a sweaty mess...HAHAHAHAHAHA

Remember the bleach shirt I made HERE? We made another one. Tori made an awesome bird shirt!

look at the colour it went...way brighter than mine!! 

I love the back!

I over sprayed AGAIN. But overall...I love it!! 

(mine with a  little piece of sticker still left on it that I didn't notice until after I took the picture)

I traced an actual big brass key onto contact paper and stuck it on.

I made a shirt to showoff my most favourite band...and Mike and I picked one of their songs as our first dance...awwww. 

LOVE!

I have a few other projects on the go, including my bedroom, and some art for the craft room...so stay tuned

A late Easter...

Hi there! I told you I would re-cap you with Easter and stuff.....but haven't really had the time....honestly though, I have been spending more time with my tumblr......guilty!! But it's better late then never right? hahaha anyway, here is my Easter decorating for this year. My main focus was the colour.....can you guess? WHITE! I had these lovely things here and I painted them white!

It turned out pretty cute, right?

I also painted some eggs! I got these from the dollarstore and painted and glittered them white.

I stuck them in a jar and put them on the kitchen table, along with the painted bunnies, lovely flowers Mike got me and some fake flowers as well. ( do you like my salt and pepper egg shakers?)

(The base used to be a basket.....when my mom picked it up the whole bottom fell off and she was just holding the handle....hahahahah....I thought it was a pretty cool tray!)

I made some other pretty eggs with foam eggs

I wrapped and glued...

I'm bad and don't even have a finished picture! (They turned out really nice though)

It was my mom's birthday and Mike and I had my fam over for dinner. 

I made these cute nests with shredded wheat and marshmallows. I also added chocolate to make them more brown. I used them as place cards.

It was a great dinner and a great Easter. I am so lucky to have such wonderful people in my life!
What I am working on:
* my bedroom - I painted it again (the 3rd time is less then 4 years) Here is a sneak peak

* The hall - I still haven't showed you what I did with my little reading nook
* a spring mantel
* and a few other small projects I have yet to show you/finish

I am really bad at starting something, not finishing it and moving on to something else! But I am working on changing that! hahahah I will also update you with wedding stuff...hopefully next week!

Hey everybody! So I just saw that my last blog post was exactly 1 month ago today...that is crazy! I promise to update you on the wedding, easter decor, and other projects I have done/want to do very soon! I just thought I would let you all know I now have a tumblr account.
