Make it Monday : Swag for the door

Remember last week when I showd you the swag I wanted to make for the door?

Here is how mine turned out :

I started off with some branches and tied them together with elastic

I found these at the dollarstore....

Took the garland and the balls off so I was left with only the bell. I attached the bells to the ribbon and tried to attach the bells to the elactic...but the bells were too big so it looked funny. I had to re-think what I was going to do... I decided to use the balls from each bell instead.

I attached the balls with elastic

 And then tucked it under the elastic holding the branches together

Finally I wrapped it all in ribbon and hung in on the door.

The only thing I am thinking is that I should use a different colour ribbon...the brown just blends in....
Isn't it funny how sometimes things don't work out the way you wanted them too but then you end up loving the new way even more?! hah  I love when that happens!!!

I am definitely in the holiday spirit now!
