Tuesday's Tip : Free Holiday Invitations
Every year Mike and I have a little family Christmas Open House. This year I used a site that made the invites for me. You just plug in all the info, and your choice of colours and it creates it right then and there! Here is what I chose (with certain information edited out) :
I love the way it turned out. It was fast, easy and FREE! I love free :)

Thursday's To-Do List : Felt Flowers
Here is something I have wanted to make for a while...I'm thinking of making some and putting them on the top of my Christmas presents as a little extra home made present?! What do you think?! I think they would look beautiful on the gifts! and I have some left over felt from another project so I wouldn't need to get anything!
I originally found this on Pinterest...but here is the original link...with a great tutorial and everything!
I hope mine turn out just a nice!

Tuesday's Tip : Storing Christmas Lights
I know my lights aren't organized from last year..but after Chrismtas this year I am definitely going to do this!
"Next year, don't spend a minute sorting through tangled webs of holiday decorations. Keep lights organized by winding each strand around a piece of cardboard cut to fit inside a plastic bin."

Make it Monday : Swag for the door
Took the garland and the balls off so I was left with only the bell. I attached the bells to the ribbon and tried to attach the bells to the elactic...but the bells were too big so it looked funny. I had to re-think what I was going to do... I decided to use the balls from each bell instead.
I attached the balls with elastic
And then tucked it under the elastic holding the branches together
Finally I wrapped it all in ribbon and hung in on the door.
The only thing I am thinking is that I should use a different colour ribbon...the brown just blends in....
Isn't it funny how sometimes things don't work out the way you wanted them too but then you end up loving the new way even more?! hah I love when that happens!!!

Thursday's To Do List : Make some Sweater Pillows
I have wanted to make some sweater pillows for a few years now....I love this one found at POTTERY BARN:
I even have an awesome white thrift store sweater!! I am going to make sweater pillow covers for the two little pillows we have on the couch right now! There isn't enough sweater to make it 2 sided, so I will use some other material to cover the back. I hope they turn out ok!! Wish me luck!
