Give Thanks.

Well I am all finished my first fall/thanksgiving project of the season. I was looking around Zehrs grocery store and found these blocks

I thought they were pretty cute! Then I saw the price... $9.99!! I thought to myself.."I can definitely make that myself!" And I did! (well I needed some help from Mike, to cut the wood and stuff! :) Thanks babe! Here is the finished project

I am happy with the outcome! I think it looks pretty good! You can also see the giant spoon I got the other day! :)

I also made something else this weekend. I found this picture at the thrift store for $1

I really liked the frame, and how odd of a shape it was. So I spray painted it and made this

I think it looks pretty good, what do you think?

  12. I love those blocks. I have some Merry Christmas blocks that I use on one of my shelves that holds a pottery collection. These Give Thanks blocks would look great there. Guess I better get busy making blocks. Thanks for sharing!
